We Are Currently Stocking the Pfizer and Moderna Vaccine!

  • Pfizer and Moderna vaccine walk-in:
  • Monday- Friday 10AM-5:30 PM
  • (BUT IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL DAY OR TIME PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!)

    NO PRESCRIPTION IS NECESSARY.
    Please bring insurance or Medicare (red, white, and blue) card.
    We are in Phase 4:

    Current priority groups that are eligible for vaccine appointments as part of Phase 4 of the vaccine distribution plan are:

    • Anyone 12 years or older for the Pfizer
    • Anyone 18 years or older for the Moderna
  • We are actively monitoring the phase progress for our statewide vaccine distribution plan and will update all of our communications accordingly when we have added additional phases/priority groups. Though you are welcome to register via this portal, we recommend waiting until you have confirmation your priority group is being served. This will help ensure you receive both timely and accurate email communication specific to your vaccine appointment.

Need an appointment?

  • Supply of vaccine will determine how many appointments we can take.
  • If the appointment are not available please keep checking, once supply is replenished, we will make appointments available again.
  • If the health department provides enough vaccine, we MAY offer Sunday walk-in clinics. Check Facebook for these updates!
  • We do not get to choose which vaccine company the health department provides.
  • Your patience is appreciated; we are implementing new processes on a grand scale.
  • We invested in equipment to take care of the Muskogee community.
  • We will be working hard to take care of you!

Already have a Covid-19 Vaccine appointment?

  • Wear a short-sleeved shirt.
  • Allow at least 30-45 minutes for entire process.
  • Allow for longer than expected wait times.
  • Complete vaccine intake form.
  • Bring ID and insurance info.
  • Space is limited in store; family members must wait in car unless medically necessary.
  • Fever or currently sick? Do not schedule or call to cancel appointment.
  • Recent vaccine? Shringrix or flu? Must wait 14 days to receive Covid vaccine.
  • If you receive Moderna for your 1st dose- you must receive Moderna for your 2nd dose.
  • If you receive Pfizer for your 1st dose- you must receive Pfizer for your 2nd dose
